The Live. Laugh. Leave. Crop Top is a women’s graphic crop top built around an original Bing & Ash design: ornate Victorian script and hand-drawn botanical illustration recontextualized as a deadpan cultural subversion. The kind of graphic that belongs on a wall in a downtown gallery — or centered on your chest at the Venice Beach boardwalk.
The artwork is sublimation-infused directly into the fabric — not applied on top of it. That means the design moves with you, breathes with you, and doesn’t crack, peel, or fade after the first wash. What you see on day one is what you get on day one hundred.
The silhouette is a body-hugging racerback crop, cut from a four-way stretch microfiber blend that gives under pressure and snaps back into shape. A smooth, fine-gauge yarn composition sits against the skin without stiffness. Contrast stitching runs clean at the neckline, armholes, and hem. Every piece is precision-cut and hand-sewn to order.
This is not a mass-produced garment. It won’t be found in a department store. It is a limited Bing & Ash original — and it’s made to be worn like one.
Why This Graphic Works
The “Live. Laugh. Love.” phrase peaked in 2009 and never quite left. It became shorthand for a certain kind of optimism — decorative, earnest, inescapable. Swapping the last word to Leave doesn’t mock that optimism. It just acknowledges that sometimes the most honest thing you can do in a room is exit it gracefully. The botanical scroll work and laurel wreaths surrounding the type make the subversion land harder — because it looks exactly like the real thing, until it doesn’t.
